I’m a facilitator, trainer and executive coach with extensive experience developing skills and competencies in individuals and teams across the private, public and third sectors.
My personal aim is simple: to enable people to achieve exceptional results — with compassion, integrity and fun.
I’m driven by a passion for creating environments where groups of people do extraordinary things. I seek to build on existing strengths, inspire and transform thinking and behaviours, connect people to the strategic vision of their team or organisation, and challenge beliefs and capability to promote greater confidence and lasting change.
My work is characterised by integrity and interpersonal sensitivity. I listen with true compassion and curiosity — for what’s being said, for what’s not being said, and for the old beliefs and narratives that may be limiting growth. All while supporting you to reset, develop more constructive beliefs, and be the best version of yourself you can be.
